now having chocolate n praline module ..
have practical on mon,tues,thurs ..
11.30-2.30 .. 3hours onii ..
everytime 'play' wif the chocolate ..

have to learn to just chocolate to write happy birthday,happy valentine's,congratulation,merry christmas ..
but those chocolate can't be eaten coz for learing is dirty .. so many ppl touch ..
not so curious abt chocolate coz i make truffle chocolate at MO le ..
abit sianz to c chocolate althought can't be eaten ..
have been working at Mandarin Oriential during holiday ..
at thr make cookies, praline,runner somrtime n stand at the festive desk ..

ytd got prase test on dessert & petit four ..
have to do hot souffle n madeleines within two n a half hour ..
everything was good n on time .. (:
